SALES REPRESENTATIVE

  • Plan, organize and execute product presentation to regarding the product, mode of action, features and benefits.
  • Utilize complete sales process.
  • Plan each call through the proper identification of appropriate product or products to promote, which sales tools to use and the right schedule to execute the call.
  • Observe, record and report competitor activities executed in the territory and identify appropriate counter strategy.
  • Advertise construction projects.
  • Attain assigned sales, prescription and market share goal.
  • Effectively manage expenses and maintain desired sales to expense ratio.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any course.
  • Must be creative, service-oriented, persevering and highly personable to promote medical products to the medical profession.
  • Must be above 22 years old, Female only.
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are welcome.
  • 2 Full-Time positions available.
  • Knows how to drive, with valid driver’s license.
  • Required skill(s): Good communication skills, Computer literate, Pleasing Personality, can do field work, fast learner, energetic and flexible

ACCOUNTING STAFF

  • Maintain the Fixed Asset and associated depreciation schedules of the FAS Software System and provide monthly details to the Senior Accountant for the General Journal entries.
  • Insure proper recording of new purchases and disposals.
  • Maintain Purchase Order Processing System.
  • Manage enmployee credit card application and charges.
  • Process Accounts Payable paperwork at completion of the check run.
  • Prepare labels and maintain files as needed within the department.
  • Assit Senior Accountant with payroll system and payroll related items.
  • Assist CFO with 401(k) system.
  • Manage petty cash account.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or a Bachelor’s degree in business with emphasis in accounting is required.
  • Degree(s) must be from a credible college or university.
  • Course work in job costing is recommended.
  • Must be a perfectionist by nature, with no tolerance for financial sloppiness.
  • Must be highly skilled in dealing with financial and numeric data.
  • Must be highly skilled in use of Excel Spreadsheets.
  • Must be skilled in use of MS Word and must be a very good writer in order to handle the occasional administrative needs of the department.
  • Must have a very good verbal skills.
  • Must have excellent work habits, including a willingness to work the hours necessary to get the job done, especially when inportant deadlines cause greater than normal departmental pressure.
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in accounting is required.
